Peerspective is peer support with heart. I’m not a therapist— I’ve been there, and now walk alongside others who are finding their way through mental health challenges. Whether you're just getting a diagnosis, deep in the weeds, or supporting someone you love, I’m here to help you make sense of it all.
I offer emotional support, real-world guidance, and tools to help you navigate life with or without a diagnosis. Think of it like having a wellness co-pilot—someone who gets it, speaks your language, and won’t try to fix you. Sessions can include anything from safety planning to figuring out how to talk to your psychiatrist, or just surviving a hard day.
I am a trained professional who’s lived through our own mental health struggles and recovery journeys. I use that experience—not to diagnose, but to connect, support, and offer hope that healing is possible, even if messy.
If you’ve been through it, or just feel lost in the system—this is for you. If you're a family member trying to help without burning out—this is also for you. You don’t need a diagnosis to talk to me.
